You'll also receive Absolute X20 Pro Spray Tan Mist for an ultra-dark skin finish. How do I use it: Fill the cup with mist and screw the cup back on. Hold the device approximately 4" to 6" away from your body and tan in a vertical motion. The intensity of the mist can be adjusted for a richer or lighter finish. Apply a body moisturizer to the palms of your hands, ankles, soles of your feet, and any areas you do not want to get tanned. These areas tend to absorb the spray tanning solution more, so applying a body moisturizer will help avoid them turning too dark and ensures your tan blends naturally. Start from the right side of the hip and work up to the chest area, releasing the trigger once you reach the chest area. Repeat in full lengths across the hip horizontally until the stomach is covered. Turn your left leg outwards and position the gun facing the inside top of the thigh. Spray in a downward motion down the leg to the foot. Repeat on the front, side, and back of the leg. Repeat for the right leg. Start on the right-hand side shoulder and spray up the side of the neck, releasing the trigger at the jawline. Continue spraying over the decolletage in upwards strokes. Finish on the left shoulder. Start at the shoulder and spray down, releasing trigger at the wrist. Repeat in lengths until the front of the arm is covered. To spray under and the back of the arm, lift arm up. Repeat in lengths until the full arm is covered. Repeat this step for both arms. Do a quick spray action down the hand to the tip of the fingers. Repeat this step for both hands.
